This is the UK prediction list for this coming year .
It has proved to be very accurate in previous years and the voting is concentrated within the industry --- so you can have some confidence in its authenticity .
I have heard about half of the acts but the two that made an instant big impression with me are James Blake who should be second in the list , and , Jessie J who is super talented and virtually guaranteed to be mega on an international scale . Her song writing talent is exceptional and she has written huge hits for a number of stars and not just Miley Cyrus as the article below seems to imply .
Unfortunately the video link for the acts does not seem to work but I am sure you can listen to them by finding them separately via your search engine .
Hope there is something there for you to enjoy .Remember , last year we bought you the mega Florence and the Machine though I think Marina and the Diamonds is another you should watch and listen to .
Lastly , Adele has a new record and it is stunning . She was the new girl on the block 3 years ago --- now huge internationally , along with Duffy .
Enjoy .

American alt hip hop pop duo Chiddy Bang caused a sensation early in 2010 in the UK with the release of "Opposite of Adults," a track that utilized sampling from MGMT's hit "Kids." A series of festival dates on both sides of the Atlantic through the summer of 2010 kept the buzz growing. An EP titled The Preview landed in the upper half of the Billboard 200 album chart last fall. The scene is set for a strong welcome of the debut album The Swelly Life expected in early 2011.

Danish singer-songwriter Nanna Oland Fabricius, aka Oh Land, says about her songs, "I want my music to feel like 2050 meets something really classic, like meeting a stranger that feels as familiar as an old friend." With background in ballet, the visual elements of a live performance by Oh Land are vitally important to the overall experience of her music. Look for a full-length album to spread the acclaim for Oh Land's pop songs this year.
